The challenge
The Dubai Store needed a centralized system to manage retail sales and inventory more efficiently. With a product range that includes imported food, cosmetics, and other consumer goods, the business required better visibility over stock levels, product expiry dates, sales activity, and day-to-day inventory movements.
The system also needed controlled access for different users so staff could work within the functions relevant to their responsibilities.
What we built
Mistravora developed a custom POS and inventory management system tailored to The Dubai Store's retail operations. The solution combines point-of-sale functionality with inventory management, expiry tracking, sales records, reporting, and role-based access control.
