They do not replace a separately agreed project contract or remove rights that applicable law does not allow a business to exclude.

Information and enquiries

Service descriptions explain areas of work to discuss. Availability, deliverables, price, taxes, third-party charges, timeline, revision limits, support and payment milestones must be stated in the written proposal or agreement for your project. An enquiry, booking or automated assistant reply is not a binding acceptance of a project. No ranking, revenue, conversion, cost-saving, uptime or test score is guaranteed by general website copy.

Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, misuse another person’s information, interfere with the service, upload malicious content or submit material you do not have permission to share. You remain responsible for the information you choose to submit.

Content and intellectual property

Website text, code, designs and images may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Permission to view the site does not itself grant a licence to commercially reproduce its content. Third-party rights remain with their owners; references do not imply sponsorship.
