Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund and Cancellation Policy — version 2.0.

Last updated: 7 September 2026

Before commissioning work

Ask Mistravora for a written proposal stating deliverables, fees, payment stages, third-party charges, cancellation rules and refund arrangements before paying. Public service descriptions and automated replies do not establish a specific deposit, refund percentage, warranty period or cancellation fee.

Requesting cancellation or a refund

Email info@mistravora.com with your name, project or invoice reference, the requested cancellation/refund and a brief reason. Include only information needed to identify the transaction; do not email card numbers, passwords or bank-login information. You can also contact +94 77 330 6063 to ask how to submit a request.

How a request is considered

The applicable project agreement, the work actually delivered, the circumstances of the request and mandatory legal rights need to be considered. Any proposed deduction or third-party cost should be explained with reference to the applicable agreement and law. This page does not create a blanket no-refund policy or state that every deposit is non-refundable.

Consumer rights

Nothing here removes a cancellation, refund, repair, replacement or other remedy provided by applicable law. If a mandatory right conflicts with contractual wording, the mandatory right prevails. Additional rules may apply to consumer distance contracts in some markets; confirm the relevant terms before accepting payment or starting work.

Timing and method

No fixed refund processing period or payment method has been confirmed for all projects. Request written confirmation of the decision, amount, method and expected processing time for your case. Provider or bank processing times may differ from the date a refund is initiated.

Contact and unresolved concerns

Mistravora is based in Sri Lanka and serves clients across markets. Contact info@mistravora.com for review of a concern. Keep your agreement, invoice and relevant correspondence. You may seek advice from the competent consumer authority or a qualified adviser where necessary.
